What types of events can I host at Tara Events Center?
You can host birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, corporate meetings, community gatherings, holiday parties, and more! Our space is versatile and can be customized to fit your event.
How many guests can fit in your venue?
Our spacious Big Hall can comfortably host up to 400 guests. Our Small Hall can comfortably host up to 70 guests We cater for both small and large gatherings.
What amenities are included with the venue rental?
We provide uncovered tables, chairs, and security as part of your rental. Additional services, such as audiovisual equipment or decorations, can be arranged upon request.
Streaming connections are available. Roof is 26 FT High.
How far in advance can I book your venue?
Events can be booked as far as one year from the event date.
How do I book an event or get more information?

Do you offer event planning services?
While we don’t provide full event planning, our friendly team is happy to assist with setup, vendor recommendations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, we have ample parking on-site for you and your guests.
How much time is allowed for setup before the event?
We provide time the day before the event to setup.
Is there a deposit due to book an event?
We require a non refundable deposit fee to book your event. To book the Big Hall, the deposit fee is $500. To book the Small Hall, the deposit fee is $325. Deposits are non refundable unless there are extreme circumstances.
When is full payment due for the booking?
Full payment is due 2 months before the date of the event. If the event is booked under the 2 months requirements then full payment will be due upfront to complete your booking.
